The Credits and Investment Ombudsman (CIO) is an independent dispute resolution service covering the financial services industry and is approved by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Department of Human Services

The Department of Human Services are responsible for the development of service delivery policy and provide access to social, health and other payments and services.

Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW

The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) is the government approved dispute resolution scheme for New South Wales electricity and gas customers, and some water customers.

Fair Trading NSW

Fair Trading NSW safeguards the rights of all consumers and advises business and traders on fair and ethical practice.

Financial Rights Legal Centre

The Financial Rights Legal Centre is a community legal centre specialising in financial services, particularly in the areas of consumer credit, banking, debt recovery and insurance.

NSW Industrial Relations (NSW IR) primary responsibilities are to monitor wages, employment rights, obligations and employment conditions in NSW.

LawAccess NSW

LawAccess NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, referrals and in some cases, advice for people who have a legal problem in NSW.

Law Enforcement Conduct Commission

The Law Enforcement Conduct Commission was established in 2017 as a permanent independent investigative commission to provide oversight of the NSW Police Force and NSW Crime Commission.

Legal Aid NSW

Legal Aid NSW helps people with their legal problems. Our legal services include legal advice, help at court and family dispute resolution. We can help in most areas of criminal law, family law and civil law.

NSW Ombudsman

The NSW Ombudsman is an independent and impartial watchdog. Their job is to make sure that agencies we watch over fulfill their functions properly and improve their delivery of services to the public.

Registry of Birth Death & Marriages
